Members of
PlanetRooms.com can make reservations faster and easier. To become
a member, go to my profile on the "my planet" page, enter your personal
contact information, and create a user name and password. When you
make a reservation, simply enter your user name and password to
automatically add your personal contact information to the reservation
form. You can also use your user name and password to cancel, change,
or view a reservation.
Please note! Your user name and password:
- Are site-specific. They will function only from PlanetRooms.com.
- Are case sensitive. We will record your entry exactly as you
type it, so please remember if you used uppercase or lowercase
letters, or a combination of both.
- Must be a minimum of 5 characters, up to a maximum of 15.
- Must be letters and/or numbers only (for example, alex993
or alexsmith). As you type your password, characters appear
as asterisks (*) to ensure confidentiality.
Remember your user name and password! If you have forgotten yours,
please e-mail Customer
Service for assistance. Include your
full name or the name under which the reservation was made, your
address, e-mail address, and a reservation confirmation number if
available.
If your e-mail address or other personal contact information changes,
be sure to go to my planet and update your profile so that future
online reservations will reflect the correct information.
